Summer Camp Fun Coming to You from Marshall, Texas

In the words of alumnus David McGinnis…the Marshall party “ain’t no fun”. Obviously- we are just kidding. The Marshall Party/Film Festival was like a cold piece of watermelon on a warm Sunday afternoon hike. Last night we turned Sue Belle Lake (the Palmer’s Lake) into the Critter Pond Mixer of January with a great game of “Kickball Around the Directors.” Campers were excited to see some of their favorite counselors last night – Pete Fitzsimmons, Kelsey Biscoe, Collyn Keitt, and a new addition – Brandon Petersen. The night included watching the personal highlight videos as well as the Camp Highlight video. The winners for Marshall’s Film Festival were the Palmers, who submitted a video of what Camp means to them. Chase Palmer, Chuck Shirley, and Sarah Palmer Smith concluded the night with favorite memories of their time at Camp.
