Brick Bathhouse Renovation Begins

It’s a beautiful fall day at Camp Huawni and the first of three bathhouse projects is underway.

A big thanks to our maintenance guru Bob Lacher, who has already begun putting a fresh coat of paint on the inside walls. Bob has also installed new, better, and brighter lighting for Girls Camp.

Next, we plan on putting tile in the showers, installing a new hot water heater, and replacing the sink counter top. Hot water at camp equals bliss, right Girls Camp? We have a few other fun upgrade wrinkles, but we’ll wait to share those when they’re up and working.

We’ll do our best to update everyone as we make progress. Until then, enjoy this lovely day!
