48 Hours Left: Returning Camper Discount
Only 48 hours left until our Returning Camper Discount (RCD) expires. I’m happy to say that 68% of campers have already taken advantage of RCD thus far.
RCD (formerly known as Priority Enrollment) allows campers who came to camp in 2013 to be guaranteed a spot in the session of their choice and to save a significant amount of money. The deadline for signing up is this coming Sunday, September 15, 2013. For you new parents, here’s a quick overview of how RCD works and why it’s important.
Save Up To $250/Week
If you enroll online and begin monthly payments starting September 15th, 2013 , you will receive $200 OFF per week of tuition you pay for. If you enroll online and pay in full by September 15, 2013 , you will receive $250 OFF per week of tuition you pay for. This means if you have two children coming for two weeks each, you could save $1,000 if paying in full, or $800 if paying monthly.
Guaranteed a Bunk for Your Session of Choice
The other big reason to sign up for RCD is that you will be guaranteed a bunk in the session of your choice. This is very important, especially for our two, four, and six week campers, because we expect both Session 2 and 3 to have a waiting list. If the same amount of new campers sign up this year that did last year, both of those sessions will have waiting lists. So, RCD saves you money and guarantees you a spot.
100% Tuition Back Guarantee
If you’re still unsure of your schedule for next summer, it’s important to know that you can get 100% of your tuition back if you let us know by April 1, 2014. So, if something changes or an unexpected emergency occurs that doesn’t allow for Camp, just call us on or before April 1, 2014, and we’ll give you all of your tuition back.

Update your child’s information

Fill out bunk and counselor requests

Select either “Pay in Full” or “Pay Monthly”; the camp office will follow up with you right away to make sure your payment goes through. Monthly tuition payments run on the 15th of each month and you can select to pay in either 3, 6, or 9 month increments.
