Huawni Featured in Bay Area Magazine

We were excited to see that Camp Huawni was featured as a top summer camp in the Bay Area Health & Wellness magazine for the May/June 2015 issue! Author, Tanisha Hicks, talks about how beneficial summer camp is for a variety of kids, with a variety of needs. Tanisha refers to Camp Huawni as “the camp of all summer camps.” She continues to say that at Camp Huawni, “your child can experience the joys of ‘just being a kid’ in a structured and safe environment. Positive role models, being ‘unplugged’ from technology and enjoying the outdoors are why families love to come!”
We are continually thankful for our Camp families who share about their experiences at Huawni.
