Our night in Fort Worth has come and gone way too fast! Midnight snacks were a hit—the blue wolf especially liked the nutter butters and star crunch. In fact, he “blue” the competition away in the eating contest. Things got a little wild. We continued the night with sing song and boy, did Asia sing songs as sweet as his syrup! But, the fun didn’t stop there—Asia also brought over some craw dads, he said they cost two for a dime. Unfortunately, Joe Shields said he couldn’t come over to the party because he had to fix the shingles, oil the hinges, and mend the window panes. Nonetheless, it felt like no time had passed since we saw our Fort Worth families in Summer 2015, and we are counting down the days until we see them in Summer 2016—127 days!
P.S. Can you count how many puns were in this blog? Special thanks to Camp Huawni alum, Price Downham, for the Huawni-themed puns.
