Our best storytellers at Camp are those who experience it with us daily- YOUR campers! This summer, we want to highlight some of our awesome camper’s stories in our blog posts.
Today, Lindsay M. & John M. are celebrating their 16th birthday here at Camp! Lindsay had something to stay about her & her brother celebrating their birthdays at camp.
“Today is my 16th birthday, and it’s my 4th birthday to celebrate here at camp. It was awesome getting to spend my birthday here at Camp. It is a lot different than spending it at home, but it’s great getting to spend it with people that I don’t get to see all the time- I only see them during the summer. It really makes me appreciate Camp more spending my birthday here. After Camp, I plan on taking my driver’s test to get my license.
One thing Camp has taught me is that no matter who you are, or how old you are, you should never take yourself too seriously.
Camp started out so great with Opening Night Show- it was special because you get to know your new counselors and see everyone’s goofy sides. It sets a fun & playful mood for the week.
