Music has always been a big part of Camp Huawni. The drama-musical film “Eddie and the Cruisers” was released in 1983. That was the same summer Director Gary Patterson brought his VHS copy of Eddie and the Cruisers to Camp. This was the genesis for us playing “On Dark Side” at dinner as we all bang our chairs and yell “Fried Chicken!” on the first night of Camp.

Today, we thought we’d give our families the quintessential Camp Huawni in 5 Songs Playlist. Each song represents a unique aspect of Huawni. Enjoy…and bang a chair (or throw someone in the pool) at home if you please!
