Our Men’s Staff wouldn’t be complete without its Men’s Director! Get know our newest full-time team member, Andrew Glover! With a can-do attitude and a postiive spirit, Andrew definitely knows how to bring out summer fun, and we’re elated to have him part of the Huawni Family!
Tell us about yourself! Where are you from? What are some of your passions?
AG: My name is Andrew Glover, and I am from the Rose Capital of America - Tyler, Texas! My passions are going to the beach, hiking, reading, and anything that has to do with competition.
Share your experience of working in the summer camp industry. What drew you to Camp Huawni?
AG: I have worked at summer camp for three years, two years as a counselor and one year on leadership team as a senior counselor. What drew me to Camp Huawni was the excitement to be a part of this amazing staff and the atmosphere that camp has to offer.
What does your role as Camp Huawni’s Men’s Director look like?
AG: I am stoked about stepping into this role as the Men’s Director and serving all of the guys staff at camp so they can best serve all of our campers.
What are you most looking forward to this upcoming camp season?
AG: I am excited for the opportunities that are to come at Camp Huawni and the relationships to be made with the staffers and campers as we walk through this summer together.
