Summer Camp is Almost Here...We Need Your Health Forms!

Parents! School is coming to an end soon. And with that comes…summer camp!! Camp Huawni is excitedly antipating each and every one of our campers to drive down that Camp Road. BUT! Before that day, we need important information from you. When you log in to your CampInTouch account, you’ll find under the “Documents and Forms” tab 3 important forms to fill out – the Camper Application, the Health History Form, and the Physical Examination Form. It’s important that we have these forms from you before you arrive at Camp (you won’t be able to leave the Camp grounds until we have these in hand).
