Miss Huawni
Miss Huawni is a pageant-style competition that happens every second Monday night. Each girl’s cabin, as well as each Tribe chooses a Miss Huawni Representative. These girls compete for the title of Miss Huawni in the following categories: sport, talent, question & final walk. Each representative also chooses an escort from boys camp. Miss Huawni presents an opportunity for girls camp to shine through display of their unique gifts & talents! It was an exciting night as we crowned the winners! The results are as follows:
Miss Congeniality goes to Miss Cedar Flats
Second Runner Up goes to Miss Sun Up
First Runner Up goes to Miss Pine Top
Miss Huawni goes to Miss Caddo
Every girl that competed did an amazing job.
Miss Cedar Flats was represented by Samantha A. and escorted by our Men’s Director Billy Martin. She wowed the crowd while she showed off her Swimming skills!
Miss Cedar Ridge was Ava H., she sparked on stage and showed off all of her best dance moves!
Miss Sun Down was represented by Etta H. and escorted by Jackson R. from Honey Suckle Hollow. Etta and Jackson showed the crowd how athletic they are playing Volleyball on stage!
Miss Sun Up was Sydney S. who sang “Hallelujah” while her escort James from Band-Aid cheered her on in the back!
Miss Pine Bottom was Cate S. and she played soccer and had so much fun on stage with escort Bentley!
Miss Pine Top was Sophie C. escorted by Mark K. She showed off her best ASL and signed to “This is Me” from the greatest showman.
Miss Tejas was represented by Olivia Thomas and she swam away with the crowds hearts after her sports round!
Miss Caddo was Paige F. who was represented by Parks P. she stole the laughs of the audience with her “push-up jokes” sports showcase!
After a great night at Miss Huawni, Campers got to enjoy a surprise movie night on Flag Pole Hill!
