Camp Huawni is more than just a summer camp for boys and girls. Camp Huawni is a place of belonging. When campers enter our gates, where they’re from or what they look like are afterthoughts. We believe that every young person is a one-of-a-kind treasure created to do extraordinary things.

As we watch the chaos, racism, and many other injustices run rampant throughout our world, Camp Huawni will remain a safe haven for kids to be accepted and celebrated for who they truly are. Camp Huawni will continue to be a place where we remind campers that they are special. Even as camp happens today, our hope is that Camp Huawni will play an integral role in your camper’s blossoming so that one day they will lead the charge in making this world a better place.
